My guess woudl be perpahs one of the cables fomr the modules is inverted or possibly the PS cable is? Does the buss board light up at all? I would disconnect all the modules and the Buss board and reconnect the buss board alone or maybe with one module (with leds) and see if you can get anything online from that.
