>From the Dutch-East-India file.. FILA BRAZILLIA Ridden Pony T1202 (12") / TCDS02 (cds) 1. Ridden Pony 2. Airlock Homes 3. Breakfast Fossils (*exclusive track) The legendary Fila Brazillia have been recording and releasing some of the finest music around for the best part of the decade. Infamous for their independent state of mind, they have never done interviews, played live, advertised or in anyway made themselves available other than via their music. All that has changed. Now ready to perform live (as a 6 piece), they have a 10 date tour of the UK already booked. The response from UK promoters has been ecstatic - this should be one of the hottest tours of the autumn. They have already done an (almost) unannounced live set at the Big Chill to all round adulation. This air of change has also resulted in Fila Brazillia leaving Pork Recordings, their home of ten years, to set up their own label, TRITONE. The debut release is this three track EP which precedes the album 'A Touch of Cloth', which will be released at the end of October. _____________________________________ Pietro Da Sacco, m b m @ n e t c o r e . c a ::: Grooves Magazine 002 ::: ::: Experimental Electronica in Words ::: http://www.rain.org/~audio/grooves/ ::: Insound.com Zinestand ::: http://www.insound.com/zinestand/grooves/
