As much as I'm sure Martin is a nice, perceptive, gentle individual, on this count I disagree with him completely. Matt goes for sounds that are kind of odd -- warbly vibrato, samples played way below their natural pitch. This is something that you either 'get' or you don't. At a party I was at recently we put on "Ghost" and 1/2 the people there thought it was brilliant, and the other half actually left the premises after one track.
