You have to change out the transformer internally.

The 220 VAC transformer is part 022H044D and the US /  117 VAC transformer
is part 022H044C.

There may also be slight changes on the power supply board itself. At least
the fuses will be different.

You may be able to trade with someone in Europe wanting your transformer.

What I would do personally is just use a 220V to 120V step down transformer
and leave it at that.
