If you are into early electronic music like I am, check out Raymond Scott at: http://users.aol.com/DevilDrums Check it out, he was a man that was truly WAYAYAY ahead of his time. He also did music for WB cartoons, which cant hurt. 8) Also, here is some info for ordering the reissue of Scott's "Soothing Sounds for Baby". SSFB is a 3 CD set of electronic music Scott did in the 60s, each CD containing music for a different age group of toddlers. Lullabys these aint, trust me on that one. Very cool stuff. ----- Forwarded Message Starts Here ----- From: xxxxxxxx@xx.xxxxxx.xxx Date: Sat, 08 Nov 1997 01:03:21 -0500 Subject: Re: SOOTHING SOUNDS FOR BABY rw wrote: > > I would like to buy a the 3 CD set of SOOTHING SOUNDS FOR BABY. Each is a different volume (supposedly for different-aged babies), with 11 entirely different tracks (on the 3 CDs). Each package is identically designed except for some photos and varied color schemes on the front covers. Comprehensive liner notes by moi. Make check or M.O. payable to Irwin Chusid, and mail to: PO Box 6258 Hoboken, NJ 07030 Thanks for your interest. --Irwin * * * * * ACME PRODUCTS * * * * * "World's leading maker of spring-loaded coyote launchers since 1949" Visit the Raymond Scott Archives at: http://users.aol.com/DevilDrums ----- Forwarded Message Ends Here ----- -- Rob Williams</>fEEd</>Tempest xx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx</>xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx
