We have such a device available as a DIY product (MTV16) but not as module. It's easy for a DIYer to mount the MTV16 board behind a front panel with 16 sockets and wire the 16 sockets to the MTV16. And the MTV16 could be powered by the +12V of the A-100 bus. I'm not sure if there are sufficient inquiries to justify the "conversion" of the MTV16 into a module.
