very saddened to hear about jl. such a lovely man and a great sense of = humour and pride. Humble about his work with TONTO and beaming as he = showed me his midified set of pipe organ pipes. Once when the machine from hell defied his workbench he refused payment = simply because his rule was that he charged only if it was working, and = I argued that that's not right, and I feel bad about the damn thing and = all of his lost time and he said: well some small cigars for the dinner party. I know he ghosted on a lot = of synth forums. He had just retired but was staying on to work on = TONTO. I shall miss him and we are diminished without his knowledge.
