Radio shows: Well, mine, of course. :-) Feedback Monitor, Tuesday nights,
10-midnight, CIUT 89.5 FM. Wide range of electronic/experimental sounds.

For straight d'n'b/jungle, The Prophecy is good - same station, Sunday
nights, 8-10 (or something like that - check www.ciut.utoronto.ca for
schedule). There are a couple of other shows that mix in IDMish material
with other stuff - Cup o' Butter, Feersum Enjinn and No Media Monopoly are
three I can think of off the top of my head. Oh, and Synaptic Paradox
features a lot of IDM along with a bit of the more interesting industrial,
bit it's on Saturday mornings 6-9 AM so I don't catch it unless I'm there
doing a fill-in. :-)

On the other big college station, CKLN 88.1, there's Mental Chatter
(Mondays, 11 AM-1PM I think - trip hop, d'n'b, soul, funk, etc.) and
Unfortunate Sonic Casualties (Wednesdays, midnight til some time later...
prolly 2 AM - similar to my show). I think they have a jungle show as well
called Rinse Out or something like that. No website that I know of.

Stores: Record Peddler (Queen just east of Bathurst), Rotate This (Queen
just west of Bathurst), Metropolis (Spadina just north of Queen), Penguin
(McCaul just north of Queen).
