, cdrs can hold that same quality that home-made 
tape releases have, the opportunity to individualize a release is something 
that cant be done the same way as a factory release, provided one is willing
to take the time and effort, cdr packages (can) lead to more elegant 
packaging to make up for the terrible looking design plaguing most cdrs, and 
it is a cheaper way to release, no ones going to put 17$ down on a 
bunch of unknown material unless theres a lot of hype in place, 
offering a cheap release is a nice alternative really, (i hate paying 
$25 canadian for something south of the border,(something ive 
done way too many times), the pocket smarts_  its refreshing to 
get something cheap once and awhile,     cheers _will
