Should work. Simply connect each potentiometer between GND and +12V (or use a 10V regulator 7810 if you want 10V). Important: install a protection resistor (~1k) beteen the center terminal of each potentiometer and the corresponding CV out socket. That's necessary as for a short time a short circuit is made when a plug is inserted into the socket. If the potentiometer is fully CW you would establish a short curcuit between +12V (or +10V) and GND.
