I feel the same way - 'Motor' does have some nice qualities, although it's not as
adventurous as say, 'Cichlisuite'.  Key points for me are the "angry"-sounding synth
stabs that are used on several tracks, and in general the subtle shifts/tweaks of the
timbres used.

IMO the best Gescom release is the original 'Key Nell', which seems to be where the
hip-hop feel started coming into their music.  'Sounds of Machines..." is a great
piece of electro though.
