PRESS WRITUP: 'Rhythmogenesis' is the first long player of Frankfurt based
duo Stephan Lieb & Frank Elting. M.R.I. are representatives of the emerging German
minimal house scene. M.R.I. are on of the Force Tracks' best selling artists, which has
a profound effect on the house/tech-house scene, played and praised by some of the
world's top djs. It began with their first Force Tracks 12" single 'Dauerlaufer,' a
momentous release that sent an eloquent message to the masses that these two were
destined for greatness. Their recent maxi once again recieved critical acclaim and has
laid the foundation for this significant full-length debut. With 'Rhythmogenesis,'

M.R.I. release their first album of deep dubby tech-house. The album features
four tracks off their previous 12"s (including the summer club smash Dauerlaufer)
along with four new tracks. The tech-house that M.R.I. is percussive enough to
be floor-friendly and deep enough to be enjoyed afterhours. Fans of Dub Taylor,
Dirk Diggler, Matthias Schaffhauser, or even Sascha Funke should be into this
