Anybody have any suggestion on what type of synth is showcased on the = vibert/simmons track "resevoir" on the album "weirs?" The synth's plodding = 4/4 line undergoes countless tweaks and effects throughout this 15 minute = track. It sounds neat and I'm curious. I enjoy this album because it = sounds like they just had a couple pieces of gear and no sampler and it = gives it a real intimate and down-to-earth feel. Be cautious: some of it = sounds slightly out of tune. *HIDDEN AFX IMAGE ALERT* Another note: It just struck me the other day that the 3 or 4 Aphex Twin = logos on the CD of the RDJ album are stretched and rotated and arranged in = such a way as to mimic the maniacal leering facial expression of Richard = D. James on the cover. WHOA TRIPPED OUT! xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx
