This in response to a query... Sorry for the cross post.
Ticketmaster IS handling the Kraftwerk show, but last time I checked
there is nothing on their site ( http://events.ticketmaster.com/ ).
Ah....I just needed to do a search on the venue...here you go.

Tickets can be purchased by phone /credit card (248-645-6666) or online
1 hour (maybe) after the phone lines and site sales kick off this
Saturday at 10 am Detroit time. Tickets are 23.50$ WITHOUT the
Ticketmaster surcharge (? The folks at Ticketmaster don't know what that
will be yet) and are general admission. The number of the venue (State
Theatre in Detroit) is 313-961-5450. As far as I can tell, there are no
ticket limits.
