I have 2 favorite methods of generating perccusion sounds the 1 st is my Arp2600 great for KiK-Snare and HiHat patches for rythem variation I use a combination of seq/controllers... Arp analog seq modulated by Oberhiem Mini seq...DoepferMaq16/3...and a kenton pro-4 midi to cv and any number of mid seq/event programs.... trhe other methid is my Serge system and for poly -rythmic diversity there is nothing else like it.... there is not enoug time to get into serge patching concepts,but I would be more than happy to trade ideas with fello serg-a-holics. cheers Doug Masla
