The 0161 is largely unreleased elsewhere, the Skampler stuff was released 
on records you'll never see - as everyone else has mentioned, the Skampler 
is a little more bleep-bloopy melodic "IDM", the "0161" appeals at least as 
strongly to people like me who were ruined early by rock (I got "Ralph and 
Florian" when it came out, honest) - the initial question suggested the 
need to choose between them which I wouldn't recommend - get both (assuming 
they're reasonably priced).
