I saw matmos live here in San Fran not too long ago...very enjoyable...they started with some weird body-contact-resistance ticking sounds, sampled that on the fly (I think), and then went off with that, blowing through 6-ft long vacuum-cleaner tubing into a microphone. very weird, definitely not dancey, and quite fun. -jimg -- xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx http://www.slackers.net/~skoop
