More Sun Ra recommends:

Its After the End of the World
Nothing is
Night of the Purple Moon
Universe in Blue
Super-Sonic Jazz

I like them all but "Night of the Purple Moon" is really something else.
Like a lot of the Saturn recordings, its really lo-fi but its pretty
amazing. I must also second the recommendation of "Cosmic Tones for Mental
Therapy." There are some really spaced out *and* grooving compositions on
there.

On a related note, I recently wrote a review of a Marshall Allen/Tyrone
