No surprise that FSoL sampled this record!
Then again, what haven't they sampled?
The little pickpockety bastards!
Talented lot, tho.

"Passion":
A classic, a must-have, one of the best records of the decade, probably the
best fusion of ethnic and "modern" musics put to plastic, covers the range
of human emotion and experience in surround-sound cinema panorama, listen
again and again and again, don't forget to try headphones, and buy yourself
some hand percussion, it's chill and it's chilling and it's sensual and
spiritual, body and soul, what more could you want? JUST LISTEN TO THE
GATING ON THE DRUMS!!!

Sorry, a slight panic.

Oh, by the way, I like this album.

And have a go at the "Birdy" soundtrack, a phab philm by the way, philmed
right here in philly. Dare I say a far better film than the visually
stunning spiritual near-miss of "Last Temptation". Then again, not easy to
put Kazantzakis to cinema.

"I have no desire. I have no fear. I am free."
