If not, here's the lowdown... Twine is a Cleveland-area product. They play out a lot around this area and were one of the opening bands for the Cleveland Thomas Brinkmann show last year. They just released their first official album called "Reference" last month but had several cdr- only released before that. I dont know what tracks are on their mp3.com page but the stuff i have is a mixture of dark experimental electronica and more d&b influenced stuff. I dont recall hearing any cologne influence in their tracks but maybe you heard different tracks than i did. Regardless, twine is worth checking out.
