> Does the A165 work as a Eurorack to "S" trig converter? I was wondering about triggering a Korg SQ10 sequencer. > > > David > > www.movingisliving.co.uk The possible use of the A-165 as S trigger converter depends upon the direction: If you have an S-Trigger signal that has to be converted into a voltage trigger a pull-up resistor has to be added. The procedure is described on the A-100 DIY page on our website. If a voltage trigger has to be converted into a "real" S trigger (i.e. pure switching to GND) another modification is necessary: one has to remove R2 and use the collector output of Q1 as S trigger output. But in many cases not a "real" S trigger is required but only the inverted signal. In this case simply use the inverted output of the module. I'd try out if this works before you start the modification.
