But you can turn off the fast LFO so the BBDs are only modulated with the slow LFO - much like the Logan String Melody II's chorale setting. It does the LFOs different by using two pairs, one for fast and one for slow, of three LFOs with hard sync to keep their phase spread apart at 120 degrees. > how about the Opus3? Solina style again. Ultimately it's about modulation depths. The deeper and faster the modulation the stronger the effect. The polysix has some kicking VCOs though and they'll always sound richer than the Opus's divide down circuits. Not always what you want with a stringer though and divide down can sound good through distortion too. Tony
