Theier first album was titled: "Trip tease", the seductive sounds of Tipy. It's like lounge on acid, like stuff your grandmother should be listening to. The album was recorded with a full on 14 person ensamble, but the live set involves electronics snd turntables. They also have released two singles; space golf/nude on the moon (before the album was released) and flying monkey fist (with a U-Ziq mix of Space golf). They came on my show awhile back, and were pretty cool guys. They played a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be released on a remix album, but I haven't seen it yet. The best was a scratchtastic Q-Bert mix done only with two copies of the album and turntables. -Daniel x-xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx ============================================================================== Listen to "Space Disco for Fish Tacos", KUCI 88.9fm Wednesdays 8-10pm New Space Disco For Fish Tacos web site: http://www.kuci.org/~dbremmer ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Man, there are more beats here then there are people." -Dean DeBenedicts ==============================================================================
