Large parts of the web site are quite horribly bad English for a UK based service, almost looks googletranslated. The company has a mere seven ratings on Google (not that ratings are any safety), and a search for it shows up more pages on fraudulent shipping services than I'd like. If the sender can be verified as the legitimate, I'd ask for another service - if the sender is as questionable as the shipper, it is a scam... Sevo
