Just got the new Lesser 12". While it is very good, and does seem to bring
musical concrete to a techno arena, I'm not really seeing all the
NWW/Merzbow comparisons. But with the b-side being titled "Markus Popp Can
Kiss My Redneck Ass", what more can a person want?!?! :)
"Missingtoe and Whine" is also fun, and surprisingly very christmas in
sound too! Takes old christmas standards and slows them down/speeds them
up and layers on the noise and silliness. Fun for the whole Christmas
gathering.
FUN. The fun has finally hit IDM, via artists like the above as well as
the Noodles and Spymania gangs. whee!
