Wish it had the Autechre mix, tho. well, I just dug up my dub of CC, and my recollection was definitely not too much on que. they may not be originally "House" music, but since I have never heard any of their original versions, all I had to go on was some St.Etienne remixes for other artists (like Pizzicato Five remixed by St. Etienne) which seemed "housey" more than "pop". (there are "House" mixes on this, though) btw, it has 19 tracks and is a double disc release. on the whole, it still seems like too much fluff to wade thru just for a few good tracks. what I don't care for are the somewhat DANCE PARTY USA style remixes (Is Pure, Primax, Balearico, Bill Nasty, Secret Knowledge, The Aloof, Gordon King, Way Out West) some great remixes are: Chem.Bros.(can ya believe that?), Aphex Twin, David Holmes, Monkey Mafia, Death In Vegas, Lionrock, Psychonauts, PFM, & Underworld and the disappointment to me was the Andrew Weatherall mix. it's not "bad", just not great. my favorite track is the Broadcast remix which is like nothing else in the set. definitely not a dancefloor filler!
