Hi

I definitely recommend it. If you don't want to got the extreme way and 
install the Murrays Kiwitechnics upgrade, then the Laurens Schillings 
Kit is the way to go. Its not only about controlling the PG200 while 
sending midi in the JX, but also the JX-3P now sends the PG200 changes 
as MIDI-Cc's (and reads MIDI-Cc's of course).

I have to JX-3Ps one is with the Organix/Riversynth extension and one is 
KIWI-fied.
