(idm) Casino

I was at CDWorld today, and saw a cd in the St. Etienne section called
"Casino." It looked like a compilation, with tracks on it by people like the
Chemical Bros, Aphex Twin, and Death in Vegas, to name a few. A couple of
questions;

Isn't St. Etienne a band(? act?) of it's own right? Is this a cd (2cd,
actually) of covers? Songs they like by people they like? What's up with it? 

And, most importantly, how is it, specifically the Aphex track? Worth $20some?
