Last week's Wild Kingdom show was assembled from recent/new to me CDs and 12"s. along with some archival tracks form the Goodwrench treasure vault. This coming Saturday night/Sunday morning,, I''ll be presenting another "Dutch Treat" set, this time featuring acid from the likes of Terrace, Essit Muzique, Acid Junkies, Nico, Random XS, Beverly Hills 808303, Erik Van Den Broek, Like A Tim, and more, If you are curious about any of these names, check them out at Discogs.com. Some have quite extensive discographies. "The Wild Kingdom" airs on KFJC-FM 89.7, Saturday night/Sunday Morning, 12A-3A (7A-10A GMT). Potential listeners outside the San Francisco Bay area can find a webcast at www.kfjc.org (follow the links). Present and past Wild Kingdom playlists are also archived there. You can also check out archived playlists from my first KFJC show "Just Desserts" that was on Fridays 10P-2A from 1992 through 1999. Archived playlists exist for that show starting from Fall 1995 to New Year's Eve 1999/2000, so you can see what what I'm up to these days is pretty much consistent with what I was up to all along. If you do tune in (especially via the web), please take a little time to let me know your locale.
