One of the tracks is all very mellow and blissed out when suddenly, out of nowhere, eerie industrial noises suddenly blast out of the speakers at twice the 'normal' volume of the track. Scared the shit out of me first time I heard it. In a similar vein is that track on Aphex Twin's 'I Care', all backgound ambience until that sound like a snooker ball-filled sock hitting a table gives you a heart attack. >...but what I actually find mor interesting is the act of hiding tracks >before the first ID point so you have to scan backwards to access them. This reminds of A Guy Called Gerald's 'Automannik' album on CD. Play it through 'normally' and it sounds like the vinyl version, but rewind at the start of many tracks and you get a few snippets of extended samples and introductions. /\/)ark http://www.sonance.demon.co.uk/
