I picked up this older Roupe 2xlp in NY last week (at Sonic Groove) (they have a number of old GPR odds-n-ends, btw) and I wish I'd heard it in '95 when it came out... I see how R(upert?) Brewer's programming developed to the smooth blend of jungley, non-sample-based synthwork of the full-length on Resource Rec. and the funkyness of the Dot label EP.
