minimal beats, dark droning swirls, dub reverb science, rugged
atmospherics,
mc freestyling and hip hop rhythms. impossible to classify,
constant
mutation.
LTD (ultimatum / 215noise / plastic idolatry records / philly)
- live circuit bent mayhem-
everytime i have seen the LTD kids, it's been amazing. first of
all, they
build half their own gear. homemade distortion devices, shortwave
radio
modulators, circuit bent furbies (yes that annoying toy) wired
into a wall
of sound. when the beats kick in, they are hard and glitchy...
fast and
frantic... you have to see them to believe them.
NODALTERROR (ultimatum / 215noise / philly)
-live occult breakcore mathematics-
spastic rhythms invoking ancient r'lyeh, anhedonia, and the
disembodied head of john the baptist. an invisible agent bringing
the
hardcore ruckus.
JOE SCOTT (ultimatum / 215noise / philly)
-dark ambient rhythms-
one of ultimatum's resident djs in the chill room, joe specializes
in dark
am/illbient, creating a sonic landscape for the inner apocalypse,
punctuated
with shrill blasts of noise.
