1. I went back and listened to the offending Autechre track, and while the intent might have been similar, I failed to hear enough similarities to point to the Aphex Twin track as a ripoff. 2. I didn't 'assume' that the track was composed of music box samples. It sounds like it is, and includes a distinctive music box winder sound. For all I know he faked up the music box sounds from scratch somehow. But as someone who for some time has been obsessed with music boxes since an early age, I think it sounds very much like a music box.
