Off the top of my head (i.e. without actually trying it on a Mini or anything else), I'd say it uses two sawtooth oscillators, tuned an octave apart, with some gentle filtering. I don't hear any vibrato, so I'd say the third oscillator doubles the lower one, slightly detuned. Amp envelope has a quick (but not zero) attack and decay times, and a sustain level somewhat higher than 50%. That would at least be my starting point, then tweak as necessary.
