If you are familiar with electronics this should be no problem. The simple schematics is shown on the info page of the A-186-1 on
our website. You have to interrupt some pcb tracks, re-wire some sockets and add a second pull down resistor for the second unit.
But as there are only 8 sockets available you can realize only two 3-in-1 combiners. I'd interrupt the pcb in the middle (between
socket #4 and #5). Then the lower 4 sockets are already a 3-in-1 combiner. Then you have to modify the upper section so that it's a
copy of the lower section (i.e. replace diode #4 by a wire and add the second 10k pull down resistor for the upper unit).
