now that sounds progressive.  wow, more mythologizing primitivism.  those
ethnic types are just so *deep*, man.  spiritual.

isn't anyone else disappointed with the intellectual poverty betrayed by
this kind of new-age exoticism?  it's not *rampant* in electronic music,
but it's certainly there.  shit, it's just like "deep forest" for the
underground.

(sorry for the rant.  i get cranky when i have to grade papers first thing
in the morning.)
