Rod used to live in Port Huron, Mich. as late as last year sometime...used to be on ambient and IDM for a while too, I believe (I used to sell cds to him). I haven't seen him posting for a long while now, so my guess is that he's offlist. I know he had at least one cd out from a few years back that was quite droney...I believe it was called Waveform or something like it. I think he's also doing something with Hypnos records. When I last talked to him (well, emailed), he mentioned the possibility of an upcoming project with Brian Lustmord, but if that ever surfaced it escaped me. jeff p i e t r o wrote: > Every time i drop this one in the player, > i just need to talk about it.. > > I picked up Roderick Julian MODELL.. > "The Autonomous Music Project" early > this year (on Lunar), and i'm still mighty > impressed by the simplicity of ambient > soundscapes that prevail on this disc. > Has Roderick released anything recently > in a similar vein?
