I'm repeating myself from a couple years ago, but, I think one of the nicest things about The Egg track is the tempo slows down midway to a speed that leaves the previous echo to create 3/4 note timing instead of (1/2 note) what it was in the first half of the track, which makes me think they looked for the exact relationship between the timings before trying to execute it... solenoid
