i'm so tired of this "you don't approve of <insert band here>
you must have no appreciation of music whatsoever outside
of aphex twin. you obviously are of lesser intelligence than I,
who find joy in the Beach Boys." i could give a fuck. i've heard
the Beach Boys. i've even heard pet sounds. and you know what?
it's fucking garbage. it's fucking trash. i don't care how much
work they put into it or how insane they are, it sucks and they suck.
i wanted to vomit when they were playing during the kickoff
show of the superbowl.
anyway. i don't think because someone doesn't like Guns N Roses
or the Beach Boys or whatever means their view of music is subhuman
or "limited to IDM" or whatever. i hope your rare Beach Boys 18-cd
compilation makes you feel like you've got a "wide" view of music, so
much so that you can call me ignorant for thinking they are trash
(which, by the way, they most certainly are). you really think that because
brian wilson used a theremin that somehow negates the fact that
his/their music is absolute rubbish? oh well. "but he's stark raving
mad!" well woop dee doo.
