"Seven Marimbas" (or is it 6? 8? whatever, it's x marimbas, 5 < x < 20)

Sounds a _lot_ like Oval, sort of... minus the clicking. they mix really
well. And it's just plain incredible.

I've never liked music for 14 musicians, which I'm guessing someone will
recommend (seems to be the "classic" Reich album). Just think it's pretty
boring.

Some quick opinions:
Senking - 2nd 12" on Karaoke Kalk - sorta nice but sorta boring.
Chair comp on Elise and Jack (Shifts, Rapoon, Fuxa, etc) - very nice.
very noisy. not very IDM.
surgeon - balance - very nice, esp. the more minimal tracks.
burger/ink - las vegas - third try, it really does grow on you.
excellent.
Null - 0.0004 - very nice. noise with loops and rhythms. I like it.
Bombardier - Violence - new Vinyl Comm release. Excellent. noisy as
fuck, sorta DHRish but sorta not. that's not very helpful.
Michael Schumacher - Fidicin Drones - very very nice organic ambience via
guitar.
Nightmares on Wax - Carboot Soul - pile of donkeypoo. a big one.
tarwater - remixed (3rd eye foundation, kiln, bundy k brown) - thoroughly
average. even the 3rd eye foundation mix.
