Ernst, which has four records out to date, is supposed to explore the warmer side of minimal techno and features records named after women. Max, which has just one record out to date, is supposed to explore the harder/noisier side of minimal techno and features records named after men. All the records are produced using the ultra bizarre turn- tables that Brinkmann made himself giving all the tracks (including his recent Concept 1 remixes) a very unique sound. but don't expect the ernst or max records to sound like the Concept 1 remixes. The ernst and max records sound more like wierd versions of mike ink's studio 1 label material. -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states
