Freeform - Me Shape - CD - Sprawl - sp-029 Simon Pyke is one of those guys with tons of unreleased stuff on tapes at home. Done stuff before for i.e. Skam, Warp and Musik Aus Strom label. "Me Shape is two years of gritty urban reality and a tape recorder", and was recorded between december 1995 and november 1997. Freeform fits in somewhere between Bola and Autechre, brings somewhat more funk along as for example in Munchogram or Foil. Other tracks go deep into mysterious and vague rhythm and ambient things.
