hi all,

well, i am going to keep this short in comparison to others
since the set list and details of the show have been covered
pretty heavily.

i thought the show was brillinat on loads of levels. the sound
at the state leaves a lot to be desired but for this it was at
least passable. i thought the stage setup was good and it
was pretty intimate considering we were seeing the pioneers
of faceless music play. it was close enough that you could
see them when they smiled. (which was very nice indeed)

the high moment of the show for me was the intro to tour de
france. it was a very low bassline that played what was essentially
the main melody riff of the song. it was killer. sooo emotional.
it made me weep right there on the spot. the track built up from there
and just got better. i have been waiting to see kraftwerk play live for
more than 10 years and to see it go down in the motor city was
something that i will remeber for a very long time.

later,
derek...

peace, love and ambience.
