Do not, I repeat do not buy anything but technics. I have a friend with the
gemini pt 2000's and not only is the deck kind of floppy, the sinc is off so
while you're mxing you can never quite feel like it's dead on. Very
frustrating.

I also have friends in San FRan who uses the Vestax's (high end) and they
feel an equal frustration in that when they play out, everybody always had
1200's set at plus 8, so you'll be mixing on unfamiliar decks.

Technics just came out with the MK3's, the first improvement on an almost
perfect product in  a long time. I saw a guy selling them for cash in record
time for 400 each, so deals are out there.

Be careful, Gemini's were an expensive mistake.
