once again, no type makes sure your ears get what they deserve. 2 new
releases are out for your own enjoyment & gratuitous consumption.

thin "snap-on grooves"
http://www.notype.com/drones/releases/6013/
enough groove to feed your favorite needle without even being wax.
scared of another drum n jazz wankfest? you'll only get the sharpest
beats & some seriously wicked sampling here. welcome to the hot summer
days -- it's booty dancing time at no type. most of the album is
available on mp3 but you can also (surprise!) order it. the cd-r
release includes the earlier "trashcan land" remixes, & it's dirt cheap,
& it helps feeding a wife & 3 kids (okay, that one's a lie, but you get
the point. :)

833-45 "distance"

nothing could be more contrasting from thin's record than 833-45's no
type debut, a beautiful short album made out of shortwave radio samples
& disjuncted beat pieces. one of the tracks depicts the unlikely
meeting of sähkö & drill n bass. the rest stream through your mind in
its own peculiar way; analog data noise that might piss off the purists,
but that will certainly drive most listeners into a glacial ecstacy.
that one may become available in cd-r if there's some demand for it, but
for now you can hear it all in mp3, & you should.

also make sure to check out our other recent releases, including oeuf
korreckt, asyncdrone, matrix assimilation, & so much more you may want
to get insured against information overload -- only on no type, where
our heart is where your ears are.
