I think it's wonderful!!!! WHy? uh maybe cuz it forces peeps who wanna sound like 'em to come up with their own method of achieving that end. I think Alex Graham (aka lexuanculpt/ Hazel Window) is a perfect example of this. Im sure Alex often wondered what gear Ae uses, but said "fuckit, I'll do it myself" Plus, I think Alex comes up with the similar music utilized less gear then what I've often seen claimed as Ae's setup. Listen to his music and I think Ae has some competition in the programming dept. I saw Alex play live recently, and almost had to leave the show. Not because it sucked, but b/c i was soooo floored it began to hurt. Btw, those of you who've not heard his music yet can get his latest release on Isophlux. I believe it is out (GONZI???) gilly np: land of the loops
