yeah, the venue was tiny.  i couldn't believe it when i walked in.

yeah it's kind of aggravating, because those of us down here in
so cal get to here the new stuff all the time, but the rest
of the world has only heard the tracks off of the isophlux ep,
which are great, but sound like crap when compared to the new 
stuff.  the thing about alex is that with every new track i hear,
his skills seem to have improved more than one could possibly 
imagine.  it's like this guy is on some sort of exponential 
growth curve.  really really good show from lexaunculpt.

was only able to stay for a little of richie's set, but what i 
heard was friggin amazing.  chris is right, he really bounced all 
over the place.  there were times i thought the speakers were just
going to explode.  we should tell woody harrelson that he'll have 
to buy a replacement set after last night.

unfortunately, i missed phoenicia's set.  girlfriend was tired.
oh well, at this rate, i'll only have to wait another couple
of years before i get to see them in LA again....
