The later R&B (rap&bullshit, as De La called it) releases are ubiquitous look in bargain bins, good secondhand shops etc -- still interesting stuff from a production standpoint The earlier electro works (musical madness, in full effect LPs) are harder to find and will probably cost you -- when I found copies of these I was relieved to find they were only $20 a piece. 12" singles are rarer still & worth the hunt. 'who is it' is essential -- try to find the UK double-pack with 'ladies' and 'bassline' any mantronix-curious should try to listen to my realaudio show - I usually play 1 or 2 mantronix cuts each week it's now on monday mornings from 5-7 am at the following address: http://www.wxdu.duke.edu/wxdu/wxdu.ram the direct link may have changed -- if so then just patch in thru the wxdu homesite peace/out -- djxn Sean Joseph Portnoy wrote: > > been hearing about mantronix a lot in my old skool rap researching.
