I ordered 7 items from Clear recently. It took 9 weeks to get to me and everything was fine when I received it. I didnt call them, but I did send a reminder email every other week. They are very good business people, theyre just not a Mail Order company and I think you should expect a delay when ordering direct from a source like that.
