Pimmon is the guise of New Zealand producer Paul
Gough. He has releases due out shortly on Meme-Japan,
E.R.S.-Belgium, Fat Cat-uk and is slated to appear on
a half dozen compilations and remix projects to name
just a few things. Pimmon's style is hardly industrial
but rather experimental electronica that runs the gammut
from Rastermusic to Mego to Sigma Editions to Mille
Plateaux. Pimmon has been circulating cdr releases
for over a year now to a lucky few and soon many
others will be into the Pimmon sound when all his
forthcoming releases hit the shops.

I think that most of the opinions i've read have been
quite positive regarding niun niggung. I also enjoy it
immensely and i know my local record shop says
that they've sold almost 100 copies of it in the month
or so it's been out. I am also looking fwd to the Spring
2000 MoM US tour and i hope they bring some of
their Sonig & A-Musik labelmates with them!

Another great release. Dettinger's Intershop cd will
definitely be one of my tops of 99.
